Oops, We Did It Again!

Just a couple of weeks ago, we had ‘the talk’ about celebrating our achievements. Maybe it put some good vibes out in the universe… because Ascentim just claimed another award from Inc.

You can read an excerpt from the press release below, but here’s the really special part for me: this is the second year in a row that we took home the proverbial trophy in the Inc. 2023 Best in Business list in the Coaching & Career Development category. 

Therefore, that means it wasn’t a fluke! It was the result of hard work and building a company that is a true labor of love, with a deep commitment to the community. This consecutive win proves that our model is sustainable, it has legs. Moreover, we’ve delivered enough clarity about our mission that Inc.’s editors were able to recognize and reward it.

You can rest assured I will follow my own advice about celebrating wins. You’ll see me posting about this on LinkedIn. I’ve already started thanking the people who have helped me and my business come so far (that includes YOU!) And I am most definitely treating myself to lunch!

Ascentim Named to Inc.’s 2023 Best in Business List in Coaching & Career Development

4th annual list recognizes 215 private companies putting purpose ahead of profit.

TOWSON, MD, December 5, 2023 — Ascentim has been named to the Inc. 2023 Best in Business list in the Coaching & Career Development category. Inc.’s Best in Business Awards honor companies that have made an extraordinary impact in their fields and on society. This is the second year in a row that founder Lisa L. This year’s list, which can be found in the Winter issue of Inc. magazine (on newsstands December 12), recognizes the most dynamic companies of all sizes and industries that have had an outstanding influence on their communities, their industries, the environment, or society as a whole.
