For more than two decades, I’ve achieved extraordinary success in a series of leadership roles with fortune 500 companies that include Synchrony, Microsoft, Citigroup, and Bank One. At Synchrony, I was one of only nine Black female executives among more than 16,000 employees and was the Senior Vice President and General Manager responsible for growing the $2.5B eBay credit portfolio.
However, it hasn’t always been easy. I’ve also experienced my share of hardships along the way – living through bankruptcy, divorce, and career setbacks. Through prayer, perseverance, and God’s promises I not only survived, but thrived with record-breaking results, continuing on to build lasting wealth, a great family – including two children and five grandchildren (who call me GiGi) – a beautiful new marriage, and a life I love.
I chose to leave corporate life so I could pursue my calling to help others reach their peak. I’ve merged my executive leadership experience with my greatest passions – faith, family, and financial freedom – to create my coaching practice, Ascentim.

Ascentim is a purpose-driven business on a mission to be both financially sustainable and socially impactful. We clearly see need in the world around us and are proud to stand up in service to others.
In addition to helping our clients live more meaningful and abundant lives, we seek to uplift the people around us. We have made a commitment to donate 20% of the revenue earned through our coaching practice to programs that improve financial literacy and advance economic wellbeing in underserved communities.
